 The Kedia group founded PRESCON in the year 2005. The Kedia group has successfully run a plethora of industries across the country for many decades. A few of the groups past activities include Timber and Plywood production and processing in the North Eastern states, Steel rolling Mills in Gujarat and Rajasthan and Wind Power project in Dhulwa, Maharashtra. With varied experience and futuristic vision, they ventured into Real Estate.
The eighties saw the group develop more than two million square feet in six projects around Goregaon, Malad and Borivili, in joint venture with few developers. The group also developed around 1 lakh square feet of Residential apartments in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The group started autonomous operations in the year 1994 under the name Prestige Constructions and successfully completed commercial and residential development of over half a million square feet in and around Thane city. The name "Prestige" enjoys tremendous goodwill here, which is backed by the trust of more than 1500 families that have been happily settled in the five 'Prestige' projects.
With a vision to go PAN INDIA and have a strong and long-standing brand presence in real estate, Prestige Constructions regenerated by the name PRESCON in the year 2005. Subsequently PRESCON has developed world-class projects in Jodhpur, Rajasthan and Thane that exceed the market standards in quality and delivery. All PRESCON projects have received an over-whelming response because of their superior planning and amenities. PRESCON is focused upon developing mixed-use townships in Goa, Rajasthan and other tier II cities of India.
The group forayed into Hospitality in the year 2009. Hospitality activities include development and operations of four star category resorts at various locations and selling of vacation ownership memberships in affiliation with RCI.
The group also has a major presence in the Steel industry, with the manufacture of Centrifugal Alloy Castings, Manganese Steel, and Low Alloy Steel etc. These high precision products cater to various industries like Fertilizer, Chemical, Mining, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Cement, Steel and other Industries in India and abroad. |
